Recovery Day-
A: Bench Press @ 20X1; 55% of 1RM; 8 sets of 2; rest 45 sec b/t sets
B: KBS 1.5p X 10-12; rest 1 min X 3
C: Hip Ext 12-15; rest 1 min X 3
A: 85#....was really easy
B: 12 each set....1.5p used to be really heavy but it's getting easier
C: 15 each set....need to keep working these.
