Jumping Knee tucks in place- low ground reaction time - 5 reps rest 1 min X 5

A: Power Clean X 3; rest 2 min X 3. Do not have to be touch and go
B: Push Press @ 32X1; 5-7; rest 3 min X 4.
C: GHD sit ups - 3 unbroken sets of 12; rest 60 sec between sets


A: 115, 135, 145
B: 85-7, 95-7, 100-7, 105-6.  These were tough at this tempo
C: 12 unbroken all three sets...felt pretty good.

Pretty sore after yesterday...gonna take a rest day tomorrow.
