3 tough BS followed by AMRAP CTB pull-ups X5 rest 3min b/t sets

used 185# the first 4 sets then had to drop to 175# for the last set

Back really tightened up on the 4th set so I dropped the weight a little bit for the last set.  Got between 8 and 10 pull-ups each round.
