A. Front Squat - 3 x 3 @ 80% effort; rest 2 min
B. BB Step Ups - knee height bench @ 3120; 8-10/leg x 3; rest 1 min b/t legs
C. toes to bar - 15 x 5; rest 2 min

A. 115 # felt good
B. 65# these were tough to get that 3 sec lower
C. these suck...first two sets were unbroken but the last three were not.
