Got about 7 hours of good sleep.  Breakfast was 3 eggs scrambled with about 2oz of chicken breast in it, a little bit of caveman crunch and an almond coconut cookie.

Had a serving of SFH protein with glutamine about 45 min before working out and a serving after working out.

WOD felt good - spent about 40  min warming up, streching and foam rolling.
Did 4 one min sled drags - 130# with a 3 min rest between drags.
Peterson step ups with 25lb db - used 2 45's and a 10 lb plate with a board on top - 3 sets of 10 each leg
Green band flexes to strengthen VMO - 3 sets of 25 each leg.

Worked a few power snatches up to 100lb, a few OHS with 65lb and some barbell step ups with 100lb.

then spent about 30 min streching and foam rolling.

No coffee for the past 15 days either, been drinking lots of green tea, both hot and cold.
