Power Clean technique work for 7 min

A: Front Squat @20X1; 5-7; rest 3 min X 3
B: Split Jerk - 3, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 min b/t sets

C&J on the minute for 5 min with 115#
A: 115-7, 135-7, 145-5
B: 95, 115, 125, 135 - I've done this weight once before but this is the most I have jerked.
C&J on the min - these were a little tough but doable.
