A: Muscle Snatch X 3-4; rest 2 min X 3
B: OHS@ 31X1; 5-7; rest 3 min X 4
C: Sand Bag Half Moons X 10; rest 90 sec X 3. Same weight
A: 65#-4, 70#-4, 70#-4..first time doing these
B: 65#-7, 75#-7, 80#-7, 85#-7..these felt pretty good
C: These sucked....used two sand bags.
